ABC Getaway (“we”, “us”) is a travel-planning service operated by ABC PHOTOSHOOT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 4832 SW 47th Ln, Davie, FL 33314. This policy explains what personal information we collect through abcgetaway.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Quote and booking requests. When you use a request form (name, e-mail, phone, destination, travel dates, number of travelers, budget, and any message you write) we receive exactly what you type.
- E-mail sign-ups. If you ask for deal e-mails, we store your e-mail address, optional destination interest, and the date you signed up.
- Chat assistant. If you use the on-site chat assistant, the messages you type, and any contact details you share in the chat, are processed to answer you and, if you ask for follow-up, passed to us as a lead.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and the service providers that host the site may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the search terms you enter in our trip request tools. We use this for security, fraud prevention and to understand which destinations interest visitors.
We do not ask you to enter payment-card numbers on this site. Payments for bookings are taken by the third-party supplier or its payment processor under their own terms.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare quotes and arrange travel on your behalf.
- To share your request details with the travel suppliers needed to price or book your trip (for example airlines, cruise lines, hotels and tour operators). Suppliers use your data under their own privacy policies.
- To send you the deal e-mails you asked for. Every message includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also write to us to stop.
- To operate, secure and improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How leads are delivered to us
Request-form submissions are stored on our server and delivered to our staff by e-mail and by an internal messaging channel so that an agent can follow up quickly.
4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with (a) the travel suppliers and service providers needed to fulfil your request, (b) hosting, e-mail and messaging providers that process data for us, and (c) authorities when the law requires it.
5. Partner links and cookies
Some links on this site are partner links. If you click one, the partner’s website may set cookies or similar technologies to credit a referral to us, and its own privacy policy governs what it collects. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our own site uses only the minimal browser storage needed for features such as remembering that you closed a pop-up.
6. Retention
We keep request and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them. E-mail sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending e-mails, at any time. E-mail abcphotoshootllcbooking@gmail.com from the address you used, with the subject “Privacy request”, and we will respond within 30 days. Florida and other U.S. state privacy rights apply to the extent the law gives them to you.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to lead data is restricted to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The site is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
