These Terms of Service govern your use of abcgetaway.com (the “Site”), operated by ABC PHOTOSHOOT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 4832 SW 47th Ln, Davie, FL 33314, doing business as ABC Getaway (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. What we do

ABC Getaway helps travelers plan trips and request quotes. We arrange travel on your behalf; the services themselves (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers, insurance and similar) are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We do not own or operate the airlines, hotels, cruise lines or tour operators whose products we offer.

2. Quotes, prices and availability

Prices, offers and availability shown on the Site or in a quote are informational, are quoted per person unless stated otherwise, and may change or end at any time before a booking is confirmed by the supplier. Taxes, fees, gratuities and resort charges may be extra. Examples, “from” prices and sample itineraries are not an offer. A reservation exists only when we confirm it to you in writing and the supplier accepts it.

3. Supplier terms and cancellations

Every booking is fulfilled by a third-party supplier, and that supplier’s terms apply, including payment schedules, change and cancellation rules, refund policies, baggage rules, age and health requirements and liability limits. Cancellation, change and refund rights depend on the supplier’s policy for your specific booking; we will give you the key terms before you pay. Where a supplier retains fees or penalties, we cannot override them.

4. Travel documents, insurance and risk

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, health documents and entry requirements for every traveler. We recommend travel insurance. Travel involves risk, including weather, strikes, schedule changes and government advisories; we are not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. No guarantees

We work to find good options for you but we do not guarantee that you will find a lower or higher price elsewhere, that any particular deal will remain available, or that any supplier will perform as expected. Savings depend on dates, destination, supplier and availability.

6. Partner links and compensation

Some links on this site are partner links; we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We may also be paid by suppliers for bookings we arrange.

7. Using the Site

Do not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful information. The text, design and images on the Site belong to us or our licensors; you may not copy them without permission. Third-party sites that we link to are not under our control.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the service fees (if any) you paid us for the booking at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts located in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date above shows the latest version.
